Throughout his career, Ossama has led successful business turnarounds, secured credit facilities, and executed favorable M&A deals, helping companies regain financial stability and achieve long-term profitability. At NXT Partners, he works with business owners to establish confidence with investors, improve financial structures, and position companies for sustainable growth. He is particularly skilled at refocusing R&D efforts, optimizing financial reporting, and structuring businesses for expansion. Passionate about strategic planning and leadership development, Ossama helps clients navigate complex business challenges with clear, actionable solutions. Outside of work, he is a lifelong soccer enthusiast and an avid reader of history and emerging technology trends, with a keen interest in the evolving role of AI in business.

Murray Grant

With over 40 years of experience, Murray Grant has worked with Fortune 500 companies, regional manufacturing firms, and distribution businesses to drive business turnarounds, strategic growth, and operational excellence. Before co-founding NXT Partners in 2019, he spent years leading large R&D teams in telecom, medical, automation, and aerospace, later transitioning into business development and corporate restructuring. At NXT, Murray works closely with business owners and senior management teams to assess challenges, define strategic plans, and implement scalable business management systems. His expertise includes optimizing sales and marketing strategies, investment planning, and leadership coaching, ensuring companies are structured for long-term success. A firm believer in continuous improvement, Murray is dedicated to mentoring business leaders and helping them achieve operational excellence.
